Beginners' Chinese Pole
Learn the basics of Chinese Pole in our new short course.
Participants will learn the foundations of Chinese Pole including resting positions, slides, drops and ground movements using the pole. Those booking should have a good level of overall fitness and upper body strength.
Who it's for
This course is suitable for complete beginners.
Mondays at 7pm - 9pm for 4 weeks per course.
Choose between courses starting in January or April.
January course: 29 January, 5, 19, 26 February
April course: 16, 23, 30 April, 3 May (please note 3 May is a Thursday)
What to wear
You’ll need to wear clothing that covers your arms and legs.
Old stretchy/fitted jeans are best (with a belt), leggings or tights, plus a long sleeve T-shirt.
Clothing may get ripped, so please don’t wear your best attire.
Shoes: Please bring along a pair of plimsoles or runners. We will provide shoes but in the case your size is not available we will use your own shoes. If you’d like to purchase your own we suggest a pair of Feiyue plimsolls.
Price: £110 for four weeks.
